· Administers the end to end process from receipt of a service request through proposal, approval and delivery;
· Conducts basic or general research on information relevant to the request;
· Determines appropriate escalation action and initiate escalation. Routes request to the appropriate action process;
· Sets the initial proposal due date for Service Requests guided by the Response Manager;
· Runs regular and ad hoc reports;
· Handles client requests in a confident and customer-focused way;
· Documents details of interaction with Requester and finalizing request.
· Fluency in Spanish;
• Very good level of English;
• Bachelor degree;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• 1 year of Job-specific Experience in customer facing environment is an advantage;
• Time management skills, ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work with business processes;
• Basic presentation skills;
• Positive attitude towards team members, customers and partners. Encourages outstanding team morale and maintains highest ethical standards;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and ability to prioritize.
