B2B Account Manager
We are looking for a driven and passionate B2B Account Manager to be the point of contract for our external business partner.
The B2B Account Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day online gaming operations, generating growth towards set KPI´s with some support from specific centralised teams. You will keep the content on the sites up to date, planning and executing retention and acquisition campaigns as well as performing analysis on how to best retain and re-activate customers.
The B2B Account Manager will not only be the first point of contact for our external business partner, but the internal first point of contact in operational issues relating to the partner.
Overseeing the day to day operations
Partner expectation management - first point of contact for the external business partner.
Creating and planning of promotions and campaigns
Setting up of all campaign related rewards, such as bonuses and free spins, campaign analysis
Campaign analysis and monthly business reporting
Customer retention and reactivation and acquisition of new players
Controlling and updating content on the website
Segmenting data and target groups for marketing communication
Working on the increase of conversion rates for all CRM activities campaigns
Managing loyalty programs offered to different customer segments, including retention and reactivation campaigns
Delivery of all customer communication, liaising with graphics team - performing test sends on newsletters/SMS and handling customer data lists and final communication send outs
Assisting the business partners in localizing their marketing activities towards existing customers and external campaigns
Copywriting of the business partner mobile site (website, newsletters, blogs, social media).
Ensuring the business partners sites are always displaying up to date content
Tracking results of customer communications, analysing and sharing findings with business partner
Native/Fluent Norwegian speaker with exceptional command of English language (both written and verbal)
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role - CRM experience is essential!
Gaming industry preferred
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to tailor your dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences
Strong organisational skills, analytical with excellent time management with the ability to balance multiple projects is essential
Good understanding of a customer’s lifecycle
Knowledge about bonuses and how to calculate bonus costs
