Our client, an established leader in the iGaming world, is seeking an Italian speaking Affiliate Manager with solid experience in the iGaming industry for its Malta offices.
* Solid understanding of the iGaming industry.
* Interest in and knowledge of different types of online gaming activities in the iGaming sector (poker, casino, sportsbook etc.);
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Methodical, numbers driven.
* Network of existing gaming affiliates is a plus.
* Knowledge of the affiliate platform functionalities and reporting systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Recruitment of new affiliates;
* Manage a portfolio of existing affiliate via email and phone to maximise revenue generation;
* Nurturing existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenue and negotiating bespoke commercial deals where necessary to attract additional revenue;
* Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets
* Work with the marketing team and the product team to deliver marketing assets that optimise acquisition marketing opportunities via affiliate sites;
* Developing unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters including affiliate industry updates, products updates and promotional news,
* Monitoring and participating in main Affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen existing affiliate relationships - locally and abroad as required;
* Direct contact with existing affiliates - handling queries, commercial negotiations and affiliate support;
* Report regularly on performance versus plans.
* Italian language is a must.
* Proficiency in English.
