Swedish Support agents will manage customers via chat, phone and email to deliver excellent customer service. Support product, technical or service issues and resolve or escalate within SLA.
The most important aspects of this job are for you to have;
- Native-level Swedish both written and spoken
- Ability or experience supporting customers either face-to-face eg retail etc or via contact centre support
- Excellent PC skills and type/ chat ability
- Team player that helps Swedish market exceed targets
- High energy and interest in technology and online business
