Company: Our client is a young innovative online company that has been rapidly growing and improving the gaming industry, with this continued growth they are expanding their Online Renewal team in Malta.
The Role: This is an exciting new role that will see you using your sporting knowledge and be responsible for the building relationships & managing a portfolio of customers, up selling new features where appropriate. The successful renewals account manager will be responsible for keeping the company and customers up to date on the latest gaming trends. You will follow up and qualify new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by various marketing campaigns.
- Native level Finnish, with fluency in English
- Must have previous experience in customer care or online business
- Ideally interest in sport
- Igaming experience preferred
